Circuit test solution

The unified test platform can be used for testing various circuit board projects. The test platform can complete the following tests:
Measure the impedance of the power supply to the ground through DMM to ensure safe power on;
Detect the power up sequence of the circuit board to be tested, read each voltage value, and confirm that the power supply of the circuit board is normal;
Check the interconnection between JTAG ICs to check whether the IC pins on the circuit board are open or short circuited;
Support the testing of JTAG IC peripheral devices, including DDR, DDR2, DDR3 SDRAM, EMMC, buffer, switch, led, I2C devices, etc., to verify whether their functions are normal;
Support nor flash, NAND flash, SPI flash, EEPROM, CPLD test and in system programming;
The DIO system is used to detect whether the connector on the circuit board is open or short circuited;
